Nashville
"Where Dreamers Become Legends"
It is obvious that artist Larry Wamble has spent a lot of time in Nashville, Music City USA. It all started on childhood trips with his family. His father was an agent for a Nashville head-quartered insurance company that owned the high-powered radio station WSM and the legendary Grand Ole Opry (a bit of trivia: The insurance company's logo was a shield and their motto was "We Shield Millions." Hence the letters for the radio station WSM.) Larry has also had the immense honor of performing on the stage of the historic Ryman Auditorium.
Larry's apt slogan for his Nashville art print, "Where Dreamers Become Legends", not only speaks to the immense musical talent that has always been a vital part of Nashville but also to the dynamics, whether it be business, sports, or entertainment, of a great historical and progressive city.
